Lucky’s Health Update!

Happy Wednesday!

Today is all about my Lucky!!

Yesterday he has two surgeries. They fixed his cherry eyes, and had to extract three teeth and do a deep cleaning. He still had an abscess but it was on one of his tooth. 

This whole summer has been the summer of Lucky being in and out of the hospital. The two major issues though that we needed to be solved are now solved. We are so grateful for our Vet and the whole Vet Office. They helped us do a payment plan, because we had maxed out our Care Credit. I am so happy that we did the surgery . We are hoping no more surgeries and that he can now enjoy being a good doggo! He is such a sweet dog.

The vet did emergency surgery because we noticed on Sunday he was very swollen from one side of his face and then later that night his left cheek busted open from being swollen. So Monday morning I called the vet and told them and they were like he needs to come in on Tuesday for the surgery. So he went yesterday and was there all day. He is resting now and looks amazing. 

I am grateful for the Vet’s office! They were amazing!! I am pretty sure they saved his life. He has an infection and that is why his left cheek was swollen. On top of all that he has an ear infection still. So now we are giving him medicine for all that as well. We have so many medicines to give him for the next three weeks. He has three drainage tubes now. On Friday they will remove them. 

I am going to post some photos of him. He is our baby and he deserves the best life possible.
