Friday Favorites (August 18, 2023)

Hello!

Today is Friday and I am so glad that this week is done!! My week was busy but I was able to snuck in some fun things this week also! 

 I have a recipe, a mini-book review and pictures from our baseball game (Giants) that we attended on Monday.

So many favorites this week, lets get started!!! 

First up Lucky is all cleared by his vet! They took out his stiches on Thursday! Lucky NOT being sick is a FAVORITE! My little lovebug still needs to wear his cone for another week and he can’t have his toys. We had to hid them because he was crying about the stuffy he sleeps with. My poor little angel! I am so glad his teeth and his eyes are no longer infected. 

On Monday’s at work we have meetings in the afternoon to go over that weeks court hearings and client meetings (Legal Assistant). At the end of the meeting my boss gave me a pair of tickets for that night’s Baseball Game! Totally unexpected but also definitely a FAVORITE for me and Ryan. They were really great seats, club level!! Best seats we have ever had. It was fun but the Giants lost. It was fun to go into the city during the week and have a date night. I had an hour until we had to be at the train station. So right after the meeting we got dressed and then right at 5:30 I clocked out and we got an Uber to take us to the train. It was hectic but it was worth it. We got home around 11:00 PM though.
