Egg Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich (Make Ahead)

Make Ahead Breakfast Sandwich

Ryan goes into work early in the morning every day so I took it upon myself to create make ahead Biscuit Sandwiches.

He needed something made ahead, filling, and easy to heat up before he leaves to work.

These are perfect for early morning breakfasts, we pop them in the Airfryer open face so the eggs and sausage can warm up.

They are packed full of protein with the egg and Sausage.

Let me know if you decide to make these in the comments below!

  • 12 Eggs
  • Cheese (Optional)

  1. Cook the Sausage Patties as directed on the package

  1. Crack 12 eggs and put them in a large bowl, add a splash of milk and whisk them.

  1. Pour the egg mixture in a large pan.

  1. Pop them into the oven for about 30 minutes at 350 or until the fork comes out clean.

  1. Once your eggs are cooked and cooled down then you can start assembling the Breakfast Sandwiches.

Note: If the egg mixture is still jiggly after 30 minutes pop it back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes and just check on them a few times to make sure it does not burn.

Optional- You can add any other mix ins like bacon instead of sausage, cheese, onions or veggies in the eggs.

Notes

These are great to grab in the morning for a quick and protein filled breakfast. You can freeze for up to two months.

Please wrap each individual biscuit sandwich in foil and then package them in a gallon size Ziploc bag.

To make them low fat:

  • Substitute English muffin in place of Biscuits
  • Turkey Bacon or Chicken Sausage patties instead of bacon and Sausage made out of pork.
  • Egg whites instead of whole eggs.
