Happy Belated Mother’s Day to everyone!

I hope you all had an amazing day yesterday.

It is a new week and Happy Monday!

Mother’s Day Brunch:

Yesterday Ryan and I hosted a brunch for his mom. It was so much fun!

Prepping Food:

She had a lot of fun! I did not take photos of the food unfortunately but I did take photos of the basket we made her. 

 Saturday Night is when we started prepping. The appetizer were Sausage Balls, this is a recipe we could make over night and then heat it up in the morning. We made fresh chicken salad in Croissants’. A very simple pasta salad. and French Toast Casserole. We had assorted Juices and it was all delicious. She loved it all. 

I will link the pasta salad where I got the recipe from the website I got it from.  Chicken salad was super simple to make we also added grapes.  Chicken salad was made it Saturday night and  we put it in the fridge, the pasta salad we made it Saturday night and put it in the fridge over night. The French toast casserole we prepped it Saturday night and put it in the fridge over night then cooked it in the morning!  French Toast casserole was perfect because it is supposed to be in the fridge overnight. 

GIFTS:

For the gifts we got her A San Francisco Giant shirts (She is a SF Giants Fanatic’s), some Frozen Themed Stationary (She loves Frozen!) and a picture frame with a nice photo of her and Ryan from our last vacation that we took in February to Hawaii.

We put it all together in a cute pink basket, then put it in a Frozen themed bag.  Ryan and I also bought her some Chocolate Covered Strawberries. She loved everything. Below is a photo and small video. I did not edit it so you will hear Ryan talk towards the end because he thought I was speaking to him. (LOL) 

See? So cute right!?! 

I even created a menu on Canva! We ended up not using it because we did not make the cake and it was on the menu. But I will post it here also just so you can maybe get inspired.

I love planning events and putting it all together. I hope to plan many more gatherings in the future especially now that we will be having our own place!
